Q: What distinguishes Accurate Development from other builders?
A: Just a few things that distinguish Accurate Development
- The superior quality products we use in our homes and townhomes. We use products and subcontractors that may cost slightly more in the beginning, but the savings you will realize in a short period of time will more than pay for the added cost.
- Another thing is your ability to customize. We do not limit your carpet, flooring, tile or other selections to two or three choices. We set allowances that are high enough to cover quality products and then we let you choose almost anything you like. We have a designer available to work with you to coordinate your choices. We will work with you to help develop any type of design idea you may have.
- Our field superintendents are limited to a small number of homes at one time. This leads to a higher quality home as the superintendents are allowed to spend more one-on-one time with you and the subcontractors.
- Our priority is your satisfaction. So much so that we have many repeat clients and family and friends of previous clients referred to us.
Q: How do the materials used in Accurate Development homes compare to the products used in other builders' homes?
A: Again, it goes back to the type of products we use as standard items in our homes. Often times when people are comparing home costs per square foot, they are not comparing apples to apples. For example, all of Accurate Development homes feature ceramic time flooring, solid hardwood floors, high efficiency furnaces and quality appliances. These are optional items in many other homes. This may make our price per square foot cost slightly higher then other homes but when you start adding these features to other builders' homes their price per square foot will exceed ours. Some of the other features which may slightly increase the cost of an Accurate Development home are the aluminum clad windows and concrete siding. However, these items will save you time, energy and money in reduced maintenance costs.
Q: What kind of warranty program do you provide?
A: We provide a one year home warranty which is administered by Accurate Development and not by an outside company. Click here for more information on our warranty.
Q: How does your in-house drafting work?
A: We employ full time draftsmen in our office who draw and modify plans on a CAD (computer aided drafting) system. This allows us to work closely with you to design a custom built home or townhome to med your needs. You may already have a plan you would like to build or you may have walked through a home that you are interested in building. Our in-house draftsmen, along with Kevin Johnson, will work with you to make any modifications to the plan while keeping construction cost in mind. Our draftsmen can also design a plan from scratch to meet your specifications. Because our draftsmen work in our office, they are able to work directly with you, helping to ensure accuracy and completion of the plans in a timely manner.
