Since 1991 Kevin J. Johnson, President of Accurate Development, Inc. has been developing ground and building homes in the Des Moines area.  Through his hard work and dedication, Accurate Development has steadily grown to be known as one of the finest home builders in the Des Moines area.

Kevin has built this company on his reputation and standard of excellence and it shows.  Accurate Development has won many awards including the "America's Top Builders" award as featured in "Builder's Magazine" and the "Award for Excellence" presented by Iowa Realty and First Realty/GMAC.
