Drafting & Design
In-house Draftsmen: Our in-house draftsmen will work with you from the beginning to create your dream home. Once your floor plan is designed then you are able to customize the details of your home. Unlike other builders, Accurate doesn't limit your carpet or floor selections to two or three choices. We set allowances that are high enough to cover quality products and let you choose almost any style you like.
In-house Interior Designer: Our in-house interior designer will help you select the cabinetry, appliances, floor coverings, paint colors, light fixtures and more to help you express your unique style. Our designer will help you save time by using our design room which displays a wide variety of samples to help you pick out the best selections for you and your family.
Structural
Double Tile Around the Foundation: We use two rows of drain tile around the foundation to help insure a dry basement. One row is placed around the exterior of the foundation and the other around the interior of the foundation.
Marflex Sealant: All foundation walls are treated with Marflex Sealant to prevent moisture absorption.
Sump Pump: Each home and townhome has a sump pump installed in the basement to pump water away from the foundation to help insure a dry basement.
Silent Floor I-Joist System: We use a silent floor I-joist system which is both glued and nailed during the framing stage. The subfloor is then screwed down to the I-joist. Using three different methods to attach the flooring system helps prevent the squeaks and "popping" sounds which sometimes occur when the wood in the floor system shrinks and expands with temperature and humidity changes.
Ceiling Heights: We build homes with raised ceiling heights which add to the spaciousness of the home. Many of our home plans have 9 foot ceilings in the lower level and vaulted or raised ceilings on the first and second floors.
Low Maintenance Clad Windows: We use Shelter clad windows which have an aluminum clad window frame instead of a wood frame. The aluminum frame never requires painting and won't rot like wood frames, saving the homeowner time and money on the required painting and upkeep of a wood frame window.
Hardiplank Siding: We feature Hardiplank CONCRETE siding with a 50 year warranty as a standard feature. Hardiplank siding won't rot, split, warp, buckle or swell because it is made from cement, sand and natural fibers. Hardiplank is both durable and resistant to termite and insect damage.
Fiberglass Insulated Front Door: Our fiberglass insulated front door won't dent or scratch like a steel door.
Shingles: We use Owens Corning shingles with a 30 year warranty.
Spacious Decks: We construct a spacious deck on each home using Rhino decking. Rhino decking will not splinter and does not require staining or sealing.
Systems & Appliances
Pre-Plumbed for Central Vacuum: All of our homes have the pipes required for a central vacuum system pre-plumed during construction. This makes future installation of the central vacuum system very simple.
Pre-Wired for Security System: All of our homes have the wiring required for a security system completed during construction. This easily allows for future installation of a security system.
90% Efficient Furnace with a Furnace Humidifier: Our homes feature a 90% efficient furnace with a furnace humidifier. The high-efficiency furnace will save money every month on your utility bills. The furnace humidifier allows you to adjust the humidity level in the home for your maximum comfort.
High Efficiency Air Conditioner: All of our homes are equipped with a high efficiency air conditioner and set back thermostats to save you money on your monthly utility bill.
Quality Appliances: We feature high quality kitchen appliances in ever Accurate home.
Finish
Custom Designed Kitchens: Our homes feature custom designed kitchens. We use premium cabinets that feature dovetail drawers and hidden hinges.
Upgraded Trim Package: An extensive wood trim package is standard in our homes including larger 5-1/4" baseboard, 3-1/4" casing, crown molding, chair rail and wainscoting in selected areas. We also create a custom fireplace mantle and detailed mantle head over the front door. This extensive amount of wood trim adds to the richness and detail of each home.
Elevated Vanities in Master Bath: We use elevated vanities in the master bath. These vanities provide more cabinet storage and greater comfort for you.
Full Ceramic Tile Backsplash: A full ceramic tile backsplash is standard in the kitchen from the top of the countertop to the bottom of the upper cabinets.
Pewter or Polished Brass Interior Door Hardware: We use either pewter or polished brass lever style door handles and hinges on interior doors. the finish of this hardware adds to the elegance throughout the home.
Executive Texture Ceilings, Smooth Finish Walls, Accented Paint Colors: Our homes feature an executive texture on the ceilings and a smooth finish on the walls. We also use accented paint colors on the walls and ceilings.
Decora Light Switches and Electrical Outlets: Decora brand push pad light switches (as opposed to flip switches) and matching Decora electrical outlets are used in all of our homes to add a clean look to your walls.
Deep Well Laundry Room Sink: The deep well sink we use in most laundry rooms is perfect for washing larger items or for hand washing clothes.
