Accurate Warranty

All Accurate Development homes are sold with a one-year home guarantee that is administered by Accurate Development and not by an outside company.

Before you move into your new home, our Project Coordinator and the Job Supervisor will conduct a home orientation with you to show the "ins" and "outs" of your home and to ensure that you are satisfied with your new home. The Project Coordinator will contact you after one month after your close and again at eleven months to answer any additional questions you may have.

Any follow up work that needs to be taken care of is noted in our system and an Accurate Development employee or one of our sub-contractors will be scheduled to complete the work. Accurate Development is with the homeowner from the pre-close walk through all the way through the first year of ownership to follow up on any warranty work that is completed on the home.
